Do I get to keep my current phone number?

Yes, the process that allows you to keep your current number is called “porting.” It can be a painstaking process, but we will do the heavy lifting to make sure the port happens smoothly and on-time.

Is there a limit to the number of users I can have?

No, you can have as many users as you need. Users can be added whenever necessary as your business grows.

What fees are you not telling me about?

Our costs are exactly what we advertise. Local, state, and federal taxes are not included.

How much internet bandwidth do I need?

It doesn’t take much bandwidth for voice traffic. The quality of the connection is more important. Contact a member of our team for a free assessment of your current internet connection to ensure it is sufficient.

How many minutes do I get?

Inbound minutes are unlimited. National long-distance is unlimited for the Standard and Enhanced profiles. Basic profile includes 250 minutes of national long-distance, anything over 250 minutes is charged at $0.019 per minute.

Do I really not have long-distance fees?

As long as you are making calls inside the United States, you will have no long-distance fees on the Standard and Enhanced profiles. International calls outside the US are charged per minute based on the destination of the call.

Do you offer fax services?

Yes, fax services are available as an add-on.

How long will it take to get my phones up and running?

It typically takes 2-4 weeks for our team to optimally run our in-person assessment, coordinate the number port, provision, install, and test your new phones. This process can be expedited if your service is expiring or your phones are not working.

Does your service include conference calls?

Every user can conference up to 3 calls at once. Dedicated conference bridges are available as add-ons.

Can I do video conferencing with your phone system?

Yes, enhanced users can video call with one another.
